 HOW IT WORKS

SCHEDULE a DISCOVERY CALL

We’ll discuss the needs of your team and mutually decide if we’re a good fit for coaching.

CREATE A PLAN

We’ll work together to design a team coaching plan that helps you achieve your specific, measurable goals by the end of the engagement. Most engagements include regularly scheduled team sessions (part workshop, part group coaching) as well as individual coaching sessions over a pre-defined period of time. Depending on the needs of your specific situation your engagement may also include team assessments, retreat facilitation, relevant resources (e.g. books), and/or follow-up sessions.

START ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

Each of our coaching sessions will address a short-term goal based on your current needs, and we’ll also track towards your larger goals for the full engagement.
